Some insulated bricks and a large aluminum disc.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the basic setup:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205708.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"20130731-205708.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205708.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And here is it with the lid on (from the kettle grill):<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205722.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"20130731-205722.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205722.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I let it heat up for about fifteen or twenty minutes before starting to cook.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a pizza crust (gluten free) with one minute of cooking:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205734.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"20130731-205734.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205734.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After toppings and two more minutes:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205740.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"20130731-205740.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.melvincentral.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/20130731-205740.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The bottom of the crust was nearly perfect, with blackened spots but not overly burnt. I meant to take a picture but we ate it all before I could. Right now a lot comes out at the sides.
