I opened up some space for the HVAC pipes to run. We will replace the door with a swinging door.

With two motion sensors: momentary in front and toggle on top. Also possible to use the manual lever and to disable the momentary sensor or both sensors. So far so good. Interestingly, the manual lever simply sends an electrical signal to the control box so the installation is especially easy. The level controls the temperature of both the manual and automatic flow (both are the same temp).
