We combined the powdered, freeze-dried strawberry that Uncle Arron and Nonna sent with whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. It is nearly too thick to dispense from the isi canister but delicious. 

It was pretty good though some were not exactly optimum represantatives of their kind. We’ve been exploring cheese lately as Tavian breaks into a new world of food.  Tomorrow we will pit the favorites of the last couple nights against each other. Indi goes for the soft cow cheese (Brie, Camembert, Cambozola) and Tavian prefers more of a middle texture (Havarti, Gouda, and Muenster).
