Tonight’s cheese platter courtesy of Trader Joe’s

  

It was pretty good though some were not exactly optimum represantatives of their kind. We’ve been exploring cheese lately as Tavian breaks into a new world of food.  Tomorrow we will pit the favorites of the last couple nights against each other. Indi goes for the soft cow cheese (Brie, Camembert, Cambozola) and Tavian prefers more of a middle texture (Havarti, Gouda, and Muenster).
